Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
